Helpful Tips:

*Please arrive to your install appointment with clean, dry hair

*If you can, come to your appointment with your hair brushed out and down (not braided or in a pony tail)

*Arrive to your appointment 5 minutes early to choose your feather and/or tinsel colors. Appointments typically take between 5-10 minutes to complete.

*You can treat your hair feathers just like your hair. They can be washed, dried, shampooed, straightened and curled.

*Hair tinsel tends to be a little more delicate than hair feathers. Although it can stand a little heat, be sure to apply low heat when straightening and blow drying to extend the life of your tinsel. We do not guarantee our feathers or hair tinsel once installed.

*You will need to return to the store in about a month for a Feather Refresher. As your hair grows, the bead that holds the feathers in your hair will need to be replaced and feathers will need moved up, and we are happy to do this for you for a small fee of $5.

*We are NOT offering walk-ins for feather and tinsel installs this year; you must have an appointment. We apologize for the inconvenience!
